This project consisted of the repair and enlargement of the existing ferry dock at Rock Harbor, Isle Royale National Park in Keweenaw County Michigan. The project site is 63 miles from mainland Michigan, which required all material and equipment to be moved using a tug and barges along with LCM (Landing Craft) owned and operated by MJO Contracting.

Concrete work was performed using our volumetric mixing truck on-site.
The finished dock allows more space for increased passenger safety and also increases the mooring depth for the ferry Ranger-III which arrives from Houghton Michigan.
